How many sessions will I need & how often?

My aim is to give you as few sessions as you need and not one more.  It’s not a great business strategy, but it’s what’s right for my you!

I don’t offer packages as most people improve much quicker than they initially expect to.

Some clients need very few sessions (just one or two to get them on track); most people see dramatic changes in between 4 and 12 sessions; other take a few longer to deal with underlying issues.   Some people like to have a top up every now and then to keep them on track, and help them cope with the ups and downs of life.

You can chose how long you wait between sessions, and we can talk through what’s right for you when you book in again.   If you want sessions closer together initially, we can spread them out as you gain the confidence that you will keep improving.

How & when do I pay?

You will receive a link in the confirmation email once the session is booked. Please contact me if you have difficulty with this and we can arrange a different payment method. Please pay before the session -you will be fully refunded if you have to cancel up to 24 hours prior to the session.

How do I arrange a session for my young person?

I work with young people of age 11 upwards.

I offer a free 30 minute online call to the parents/careers of young people.  This so you can get to know me, find out about my approach before I start working with your young person, and we can talk about how to approach confidentiality for your young person (whilst keeping them safe and you in the loop).
